You must contact us at email@example.com within 12 hours of online purchase for us to cancel your transaction. After 12 hours no cancellations are allowed.

To ensure your order arrives safe, fresh and delicious, we adhere to the following delivery guidelines:
- All products are shipped frozen via FedEx
- We only ship within the Continental United States
- Order fulfillment takes approximately 48-72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Orders are shipped approximately 3 days *after* order fulfillment
- Orders that require two-day travel time will ship Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday (excluding holidays)
- Orders that require three-day travel time will ship Monday or Tuesday (excluding holidays)
- We do not offer Saturday, Sunday or Monday deliveries
- Shipping costs include coolers and gel packs for each order
- We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info
